Life Leadership Academy is designed for emerging leaders who have the capacity and passion to grow in their love for Jesus and others, are prepared to embrace discomfort and vulnerability, and have a longing to experience the abundant life Jesus offers and release it to others.
What to Expect
- Develop a lifestyle of following the ways of Jesus, being immersed into the reality of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- Be surrounded by a community of people who are passionately pursuing Jesus and are like-minded in their pursuit of seeing His Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven.
- Learn from experienced men and women of God who love Jesus and carry passion & wisdom to equip and release the next generation of leaders.
- Be equipped and activated to put into practice what is being taught through unique practical opportunities.
- Be willing to embrace discomfort as you are challenged in your values, your theology, how you see others and the cost of following Jesus.
- Learn to value people’s stories as well as your own as you discover the gift of vulnerability.

Our Academy’s uniqueness lies primarily in our people and our culture. As part of Life Leadership Academy you will not only be surrounded by incredible local like-minded leaders & churches, but we will also be partnering with many other Global leaders, churches and organisations to provide an expansive cultural learning experience.
In addition to our people and our culture, our Academy’s uniqueness’s are:
- Customisation: we customise a unique journey of development based on an individual’s unique design. This includes receiving a personal mentor for the duration of the Academy.
- Holistic approach: we care about the individual’s whole self (inner, relational and work life). Our learning approach includes both head (theology), heart (experiences) and hands (acts of service).
- Experiential: we offer a high level of practical experiences and value learning from others.
- Relational: we place a high importance on journeying together and valuing one another’s story, voice and uniqueness.

Life Leadership Academy runs over two 14 week semesters which include one intensive experience per term.
SEMESTER ONE: FOUNDATIONS
IDENTITY
– Leaning into your story, discover your uniqueness and your God-given design/identity.
– Embrace the journey of the heart, becoming free from some of the stuck places and bad fruit that have hindered you from living out your personal destiny.
LOVE
– Discover a deeper understanding of what love is
– Learn how to receive and give love to others, with a particular emphasis on loving the one who is not like you.
– Gain a truer understanding of God’s mandate for discipleship and be equipped to make & mature disciples of Jesus Christ.
SEMESTER TWO: LEADERSHIP
CHURCH
– Take a deep dive into God’s original design for His church as family, as sent ones and as cultural transformers.
– Be equipped to walk in boldness & gain confidence in sharing your testimony and God’s message of reconciliation.
– Experience and develop a deeper knowledge of Kingdom & Church Leadership.
CITY
– Gain understanding of God’s plan for city restoration and what the church’s role is in loving the city back to life.
– Become a disciple maker who knows how to bring Kingdom change and create cultural shifts in your city.
– Learn how to partner with city leaders, government, NGOs, business and schools to bring holistic change to your city.
– Develop a passion and begin to dream about re-writing the story of your city.
We believe the church isn’t contained to a piece of land. Therefore, based on experiences the locations will vary.
However, our main base will be in Fremantle, Western Australia.
The full year cost of Life Leadership Academy is $5000 ($4750 early bird) which includes all classes, training events, 1 on 1 mentoring and access to books and resources.
The local and overseas Learning Adventures are optional and are an additional cost.
The Academy Residency is also an additional cost (based on availability).
Semester payments and payment plans are available for those who aren’t able to pay the full year up front.

The Academy Residency is an additional option for Life Leadership Academy students to reside in shared housing for the duration of their studies at an additional cost (based on availability).
